off site They tapped somewhere else. Worth asking about.
no clock out They never finished that day, so it counts as zero hours. Ask us to correct it before you approve.
no hours this week Assigned to your building but never clocked in here.
edited The office corrected that punch. The original is kept on the record.
phone clock was wrong Their phone had the wrong date, so we recorded when it reached us instead of when they tapped. The times on that day may not be exact. Ask us to check it.
